Optimized Order Process for Wholesale Distributor

B2B business lines required a big number of sales-manages to support existing customers. A long time of the order and low performance of the managers forced the customer to optimize the process of the order.

The number of sales-managers who were working on the processing of orders reduced by 35% while the number of processed orders at the moment has increased by 18%.

We investigated the business process, simplified it, and introduced Progressive Web App for desktop and mobile with backend API. The database of the application is synchronized in both directions with the customer’s ERP. Users, products’ stock, user orders, and mutual accounts are synchronized in real-time.

Users of the platform can make orders based on their regular lists and taking into account product availability. Wire payment status automatically is synchronized and is reflected in the system.
